Sujana, a Vinyasa and Hatha yoga expert is a Regsitered E-RYT -200 Teacher. She holds a diploma in yoga therapy (DYT) from Indian School of yoga and has undergone teacher’s training certification programme accredited by Yoga Alliance International. She did her in-depth study of yoga, human anatomy, breathing exercises and meditation. Yoga helps in curing problems like Infertility, Asthma, Neck pain, Back pain, Acidity, Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, Diabetes etc.. We do take special classes in Pranayam (breathing techniques) and meditation which help in:

  • Reducing Anxiety and depression
  • Lower/ stabilized energy levels
  • Increased energy levels
  • Muscle relaxation
  • Overcome stress and overwhelm

It is our desire to help people free their body and mind from stress and pain and guide them in their journey to holistic wellness.

TYPES OF YOGA:

Ashtanga vinyasa yoga class:

Ashtanga means eight limbs which are described as Abstinences, Observances, Postures, Breath Control, Sense Withdrawal, Concentration, Meditation, and Contemplation. These branches support each other. Posture practice must be established for proper practice of breath control and is a key to the development of Abstinences and Observances. Once these four externally oriented limbs are firmly rooted, the last four internally oriented limbs will spontaneously evolve over time.
“Vinyasa” means breath-synchronized movement. Vinyasa Yoga is challenging and invigorating, will strengthen every muscle in your body, vigorously heats the body whereas you sweat and move quickly through each posture helping in weight loss. This heat purifies muscles and organs, expelling unwanted toxins as well as releasing beneficial hormones and minerals which can nourish the body when the sweat is massaged back into the skin. The breath regulates the vinyasa and ensures sufficient circulation of blood. The result is a light strong body.

Hatha classes:

Hatha Yoga concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha Yoga comprises of asanas (physical postures), breathing techniques and meditation with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. Hatha Yoga postures also stretch and align the body, promoting balance and flexibility. It promotes blood circulation in all the organs, glands and tissues, Participants will become stronger, more flexible and will feel relaxed at the end of each class.

Pilates classes:

Pilates classes focus on the core muscles – the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. It helps you in toning and strengthens abdomen.

Flow yoga classes:

Flow yoga class will build strength, focus, and flexibility through a gentle practice with breathing.

Surya Namaskar:

A set of 12 powerful yoga asanas (postures) that provide a good cardiovascular workout in the form of Surya Namaskar. Literally translated to sun salutation, these postures are a good way to keep the body in shape and the mind calm and healthy.

Meditation classes:

The goal of meditation classes is to focus and quiet your mind, eventually reaching a higher level of awareness and inner calm. It will de-stress and overcome depression and creates positive vibes in your body.

Pranayam classes:

Pranayam classes are the breathing techniques which detoxify, and stimulate almost every organ of the human body and improve your immune system.
